20' HEAVY DUTY BAR-TOP CATTLE/HORSE TRAILER. 6'8" W x 20' L x 6'6" H. Strongly built trailer with 10 ga. brush fenders, 4X4X1/4" angle reinforcement along full length of brush fender, 100% welded joint to help prevent rust-out. 1" X 3" tubing horizontal sides..Slipper spring suspension with 7000# 8 lug DEXTER E-Z LUBE axles with 4 wheel electric brakes. They are drop axles to bring the loading floor closer to the ground. The tires are ST23580R16E 10 ply radials, includes spare. We use a FULL gooseneck with 8" channel horizontals and 8" channel uprights boxed in. Most others weld the horizontals to the front bow. Our front bow is actually inside the vertical 8" channel for greater strength. All pipe for upper sides and bows and gates is schedule 40. Floor is made with 5" channel cross members on 4' spacing with No. 1 treated wood floor between. The floor is also reinforced with 3 2X2X1/4" Longitudinal runners under the wood. There are 1 cross gate and the rear gate is a butterfly style which will swing both directions (into or out from trailer) All gates have rounded bow tops for smoother look and safety for animals. LIFETIME LED lights for trouble free service. Wiring is concealed inside pipe for protection. Includes a sealed front wiring harness connected to a junction box. All lighting is DOT including a safety break-a-way. DOT approved reflective tape. Our cattle trailers are 100% primed and 100% painted.
