  • Plant Information - Purchased from India in September 2009, in operation November 2009, Capacity is approx. 60 tonne per hour max, but comfortably does 50-55 tonne per hour, the control room has been recently upgraded to an Allan Bradley at an approx. cost of $75,000, now parts are available in country, there has been over $110,000 in total spent in ensuring the plant is up to spec, the plant is fully mobile, it takes approx. three hours to disassemble and approx. 4 hours to reassemble.

  • · Apollo plants come with fully computerized and air-conditioned control cabin with onboard electrical power control console, distribution switchboard, fully automatic process and sequence controls. The control is equipped with function keys and numeric keys and does not require special skills for operation.
  • · CONTINOUS ELECTRONIC BELT WEIGHING SYSTEMS- The state-of-art SCADA system processes and meters the mix proportioning. The feedback from the load cell is processed by the PLC, which further automatically controls and processes the bitumen and filler proportioning. (SCADA stands for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition). It is a type of industrial control system that is used to monitor and control facilities and infrastructure in industries.
