Description
1 Single level screen, integrated into bar-sizer course material separator,
capable of processing 120 tonnes per hour.
2 Vibrating action of screen and rubble actuated by two electric motors
with an output of 0.87 Kw operating directly on the sieve frame.
Energy consumption about 0.1 cents per tonne or approximately 11.5
cents for each working hour.
3 Easy accessibility around the screen frame allows for simple
replacement of worn sieves or changing to a sieve with a different
aperture size.
4 Open layout allows screen frame to conform to the best working angle
by virtue of adjustable supports, Standard working angle is 20
degrees.
5 Relocation (semi-mobility) together with the loader.
6 Sieve operating machinery can be synchronised with the working
cycles of the loader as well as adapting vibrating speeds to process
different materials.
