The principle: The material to be dryed, which is cooled in the same machine, is put on the flow bottom. From this point the material is being flowed through by drying- and cooling air from bottom to top. Therefore the material is heated up by constant vibration and the humidity is exorcised. The vibration avoids blistering in the fluidized bed of fine-grained products as well as the segregation of products with a wide range of grain sizes. The loosening for coarse grains and an easy complete discharge is guaranteed by the vibration. The dwell time of the product can be influenced by the adjustment of vibration.
