Description
The rotating screen Doppstadt SM 518 Profi can be used for:
• compost sifting;
• Wet / dry separation of municipal waste;
• screening of shredded scrap wood;
• screening of aggregates and demolition waste.
The structure of the sieve SM 518 Profi is composed of a robust steel construction, in which there are accommodated all the organs for the operation of the same.
The construction is made in such a way that the front of the structure are positioned the control unit and the loading hopper. In the rear part the drum is placed sieving and all accessories, including tapes and exhaust vents.
The connection between the motor and the sieving drum takes place by means of a toothed pinion which fits, transmitting the movement, in a chain welded to the drum.
The various measures, both of the drilling that the shape of the holes, in which the screening drums are available, one can obtain different types of products and articles. To allow the sliding of the material being screened, and an effective sieving is installed inside the part screening a spiral welded to the drum.
A brush with stiff bristles is arranged above the drum so that it can keep even always clean in the worst working conditions.
