Extra heavy duty remote controlled tipping grid with variable spacing grizzly bars - suitable for a McCloskey R230 /R155 or equivalent sized "reclaimer screen". (Reclaimer screen is not included in this offer / price but can be supplied if required at additional cost).
This Grid is designed to be installed on the Reclaimer machine (Or Jaw Crusher etc) above the hopper / apron feeder which then controls the feed size to the hopper / top deck of the screen / Jaw.
With variable spacing on the Grizzly Bars the machine is capable of producing various sizes of Rip Rap or Armour Rock and Spalls / Fines. Typical spacing is 250-450mm to give a variety of products when used with the client's existing reclaimer screen fitted with Punch plate or bofar decks and mesh decks. (Up to 4 x Products in total from one pass).
The Grid is very heavy duty and is suitable to be fed with a large excavator.
Unit will be fully serviced / refurbished and can be supplied with a kit to allow fitting the radio remote control receiver and plumbing of the Hydraulic Rams etc.
