Description
Bartlet Snow/CE Raymond Indirect electric heated rotary kiln with vapor recovery. This is a 64' long x 6' diameter indirect heated kiln, with four independently controlled heat zones. The kiln is heated to temperatures of up to 1,200 F by electrical elements situated in an outer shell. The kiln drum is constructed of 316 stainless steel and comes with feed and discharge bridging, high efficiency seals, accelerator feed and discharge flights, internal flighting, trunnions, direct pinion gear drive with 0 to 10 rpm variable speed drive system. The system comes complete with a vapor recovery system suitable for recovering hydrocarbons or other valuable organics from feed. The vapor recovery can be adjusted to suit specific processes. This system is ideal for thermal desorption, soil remediation, pyrolysis (tires, charcoal, activated carbon etc.), calcining, or drying projects.
