The hopper/bunker for the dosing of materials (sand, stone, coal, granite) is used for dosing material in the concrete mixer, based on the time base (timer).
Setting the time base is done for each material separately.
The hopper or bunker has its own independent control cabinet.
The bunker/hopper (unit for aggregate) has a vibrator for fast deterioration of material on the transport conveyer.
The hopper unit has high quality conveyor belts for the transport of aggregates (materials), for a longer lifetime, brushes for cleaning them (wear resistant).
The bunker for the aggregate is compact for transport (trailer, truck, towing truck) and can be placed quickly at the desired location (construction place of work).
Reducer at the top of the hopper / bunker is designed to assemble the aggregate with the assistance of the excavator bag / combined machine / Bob-Cat / JCB / Mini excavator and similar. (when loading materials into a bunker there is no dispersal of material next to the bunkers).
