Other Log Sorting line TGS/450

We offer highly automated log sorting line Storti TGS/450, controlled by single operator.

We present high-speed industrial class Storti log sorting line, equipped with all the necessary equipment parts for complete log sorting needs.
Line components include but are not limited to infeed (with singulation device), cross-cut saw, cubage measuring unit.

Base of the machine consists of circular saw of large diameter, letting to cut log directly on the line, and to change log diameter on the go (up to 450 mm).

Line consists of 18 sorting boxes, which means that 18 sorting boxes could be used in total. This makes Storti log sorting complex even more practical, saving the space and providing more sorting capabilities comparing to single-sided sorting.
Line can handle up to 450 mm in diameter and due to precise controls could do even highly curved logs.
Line is equipped with precise large-diameter cross-cut saw and a scanner in order to maintain the required length of logs.

Equipment is in working condition and is fully operational.
