Description

We got 11 working pontoons (year 2012), 3 import-export ramps and 4 pushers.
If the pontoons drawn along the length is 80 m. For 3 export-import ramp is 4 pushers.
It was developed for military purposes, to ensure and establish traffic routes through water areas.
Load-bearing capacity of pontoon bridges are 60 and 20 Mp; length of bridges - optional; Load-bearing capacity of pontoons are in the range from 40, 60, 80 Mp and more; length of bridges - optional;
Pontoons dimensions:
• Floating part - extended: weight 7,23 t; lenght 6,91 m, width 8,08 m, height 1,11 m;
• Floating part - folded: weight 7,23 t, lenght 6,9 m, width 3,15 m, height 2,3 m;
• Coastal part - extended: weight 7,86 t, lenght 5,91 m, width 7,2 m, height 1 m ;
• Coastal part - folded: weight 7,86 t, lenght 5,91 m, width 3,15 m, height 2,3 m;

Portions main characteristics:
- Bridge and pontoon structure forms a continuous waterway line,
- The bridge is construction of pontoons connectors (four separate - related parts form a pontoon unit),
- The same bridge and pontoon connectors,
- For loading and unloading, ramps and slipways are not necessary,
- Due to pontoon dimensions transport falls within category of oversized cargo,
- It is recommended to use a car lift for lifts and drops into the water,
- Shifting pontoons in the waters are being carried on by using thrust boats that are also within the set,
- After layout, pontoons are attached to the shoreline by using plaits, which also provides safe mooring and controlled movement at two dimensions,
- Special anchorages are not necessary.
Load-bearing capacity of pontoon bridge:
-Load-bearing capacity 60 Mp; lane width 6,5 m;
-Load-bearing capacity 20 Mp; lane width 3,3 m
Load-bearing capacity of floating pontoons:
-Load-bearing capacity 40 Mp, lenght 13,5 m;
- Load-bearing capacity 60 Mp, lenght 20,2 m;
- Load-bearing capacity 80 Mp, lenght 27 m.
Load-bearing capacity of each individual floating pontoon part is 20 Mp.
Load-bearing capacity of pontoon bridge is calculated according to the tables, depending on the speed of water flow and water depths.
