Description
The lime plant was designed by Portec and provides lime for a 67,000 TPD operation. The plant is comprised of the following items. Estimated new in 1996.
1- 6 ft diameter by 8 ft pugmil mixer
2- 2- 50 ft screw conveyors
3- 1-4 ft diameter sweco screen
4- 2-3x3 warman slurry pumps
5- 1-4 ft diameter x 4 ft tall mix tank with lighting mixer
6- 1- prather valve for feed from bins
7- 1-3x3 galager sump pump
8- One set of switchgear and instrumentation including flow meters, VFDs on most motors, PLC for control and starters.
