Description

Inspection performed @ 9111 hrs. Hour meter working w/ cracked face. Fair cab asse. Fair glass & door. Cab has cosmetic damages. I could not get any cold air from A/C (belt installed on compressor). Poor seat asse., arm rests & fair floor mat. Fair cab radio installed. 6 cyl Cummins turbo diesel engine runs well. Minor leaks. Decent exhaust. Green coolant. Cosmetically the loader body is in decent shape w/ some sheet metal/door cosmetics. Bent grab rails, steps & fenders. Poor paint. Fair Evans trailer w/ fair landing gear & grapple pull area is torn off. 6 decent & 2 poor 11-22.5 tires w/ decent brakes. Grapple pin/bushing areas have notable wear, cyl area & grapple area swivel leaks. Basically the grapple area shows the most wear but still not unreasonable. Grapple rotates faster one direction than the other. Boom/stick pin/bushing areas have moderate wear. Stick drifts and it’s believed to be minor valve related. Minor stabilizer leaks. Stiff arm has had welding repairs and bent. Overall minor machine leaks. Notable swing gear area wear. Machine starts, runs & operates ok. Hyd. Pump just rebuilt in our Raleigh shop. Hyd. safety arm lock disabled
