Description
The Sandvik QH440 is a tracked, self contained cone crusher with an on board diesel including the following:
• The chassis is constructed from a heavy duty ‘I’ beam to ensure maximum durability.
• Heavy duty, hydraulically positioned feed conveyor with Hardox liners.
• Up and over metal detector to provide ultimate cone protection from tramp material.
• Automated variable speed feed conveyor to ensure maximum production, reduction and shape.
• Remote camera viewing the crushing chamber ensures full visibility without the need to access the crusher.
• Fitted with four jacking legs for additional stability during operation and to assist with maintenance.
• CAT C13 diesel engine with direct drive to ensure maximum power delivery and fuel efficiency.
• The machine is designed for ease of mobility, for rapid set up time and transportation.
• The QH440 is fitted with the CH440 Sandvik cone which has a choice of six concaves and a CSS range of 8mm to 48mm allowing a feed size of up to 215mm
• Capable of up to 388 TPH.
• 8 available bush settings to give an eccentric throw range from 16mm to 44mm (⅝” – 1¾”).
• Capable of operating in the most hostile environments with a 50°C ambient temperature capability without any oil changes.
• This flexibility makes the Sandvik cone crusher one of the most versatile tracked machines on the market to suit the most arduous application requirements.
The throw range available is the most extensive in the market.
A choice of 3 bushes can be fitted, with the following throws available:
16mm (0.63”) / 20mm (0.79”) / 24mm (0.95”) / 28mm (1.1”) / 32mm (1.25”) / 36 mm (1.42”) / 40mm (1.57”) / 44mm (1.73”)
The eccentric throw can be changed by simply turning the bushing
Includes CLP Liners that are designed to keep maximum feed size into the cone all through the wear life of the liners. All liner options fit in one top shell.
