Complete concrete mixing plant for the simultaneous production of fresh concrete, concrete products and precast concrete parts consisting of following main groups:

1) Feeding and distribution plant for aggregates consisting of:

2) Silo plant for aggregates

- Geometrical content of each silo: 750 m3

- Total content 12 x 250 m3 = 3000 m3
- Dewatering of the silo compartments

The silo interior space (all parts screwable and demountable in transportable segments) are splited by vertical standing partition walls. There is an entrance to the upper section of the silo plant through the runway of the belt conveyor. At the top area of the silo plant is an maintenance platform which were installed at both sides of the distribution belt conveyor. The silo housing consists of PVC coated sheet steel and reaches to the ground.
The upper part and the connection bridges are housed.

3) Dosing system for aggregates

12 x Electromagnetic vibrating feeder for the outlet of the individual aggregates,
control system allowes coarse and fine dosing, adjustable for each grain size

The measured value transmission happens over torque load cells which are hanging on the under edge of the silos.
