Description
The separator air TerraSelect W6 is a machine essential for recycling facilities and enhancement of the waste materials, as well as an economic and efficient solution to clean the oversize fraction from the light fraction, for example to clean the dirt from plastic films and paper.
The deplastificatore TerraSelect W6 is designed as a trailer. It is mounted on the frame in two central axes with 04 tires and is equipped with anti-lock braking system ABS. The "W6" is approved for road traffic in accordance with Italian regulations [optional]. The construction of the "W6" air separator allows to use it in combination with any rotating sieve commercially.
The principle of operation is the cleaning of the material introduced and the removal of light fraction through air blow. loading opening the input material is introduced through an acceleration belt which divides the flow of material evenly. In a next step the lighter material is separated from the remaining stream of material by means of a pressure fan. In this phase the system air "pressure-suction" port of the light fraction material in a container. The quality of the oversize fraction may be further improved by means of an iron removal.
