Description: Vermeer D24X40 Series II directional boring machine. 4813 hours, steel tracks in good condition, 125hp John Deere diesel engine, rack and pinion and Aplex water pump. Comes with 450 of drill pipe. Come demo this machine at our test facility!
We have packaged up this 24X40 Series 2 with a Digitrak Eclipse locating package (Receiver / Remote / Sonde / Charger / 2-new batteries / hard case), 12 Cyclone Style reamer with new front connection and rear pulling eye, Used Drill Head setup (housing / bit / collar / starter rod), one Vermeer ST-750a - 750 gallon mud mixing system along with a newer style Vermeer MX-240 - 750 gallon mud mixing system - both mounted on the flatbed. The truck is a Freightliner with AC / Heat. 388,012 miles, Eaton Fuller transmission, air brakes. To haul the machine we have put it with a Belshe trailer (Electric brakes).
