Bandit 1590XP
Description
winch, auto feed, hydraulic swivel discharge, 25" wide infeed The model 1590XP has recently been increased to a 17 inch capacity chipper, and has become Bandit's most popular hydraulic-feed drum-style chipper. The 1590XP is best suited for those who specialize in larger tree removals, and provides the durabilty of a larger diameter chipper, with an economical price. The 1590XP features a 37 inch diameter drum, large 19-3/4 x 20-1/2 inch throat opening, and large feed system. These combinations allow it to effectively compress limby and crotchy material. Diesel engine options range from 110 to 142 horsepower. The 1590XP features a large 33-1/2 x 64 inch infeed hopper that can effectively accept large amounts of brush and trees. Two 10-5/8 diameter x 20 inches wide horizontal feed wheels, with two 32.7 CID hydraulic motors compress and pull large diameter limby materials into the chipper. A bottom clean-out door comes standard and can be opened to allow for dirt and debris to fall out. This will increase knife life and reduce operating costs. This unit is also a great machine for fibrous material because material enters the feed system at a right angle, with the feed wheels positioned close to the drum. The 1590XP has become popluar among municipalities because of its large infeed hopper opening, successfully keeping full crews busy feeding it. A wide array of options can be added to the 1590XP that will increase production. A hydraulic winch works great for pulling large diameter materials to the chipper, saving time cutting up the tree to be hauled manually. The self-propelled 1590XP has become very popular among lot and land clearers. A track unit reduces the need to forward or skid material to the chipper. All chipper functions can be controlled from a remote location or from the loader feeding the chipper.
