Truck Entry Width 120” (3302 mm) Truck Dump Clearance (minimum) 26” (660 mm) SMOKEATER VENTILATION CONTROL SYSTEM: a machine mounted heat and fume extraction system that provides a cleaner, cooler, more environmentally friendly work area for the machine’s operator and screedman. Consisting of a single hydraulically driven, high volume fan and two nonrestrictive auger view collector hoods, the system gathers heat and fumes from the paver’s auger and screed area and disperses them into the atmosphere away from the operator’s via a single, deck mounted exhaust stack. The exhaust stack folds down to minimize transport height. A 3-position switch controls system function; “ON” (constant), “AUTO” (operates only when the paver is in motion) and “OFF”. A vacuum sight gauge is incorporated into the fan intake plenum to permit visually monitoring the system for proper operation. The Blaw-Knox Smokeater meets and/or exceeds all current NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) standards for capture efficiency. MAT KONTROL II WITH ULTRA 3s SENSORS: An electric/ hydraulic control arrangement that automatically controls the “on-off” action of the dual feed systems, but also the infinity variable operating speed of the dual feed systems.
