Description

  • S/N JGS00623. The following repairs are in progress:
  • Minor service & all other compartment filters.
  • Drain and/or change water separator.
  • Change final drive oils.
  • Replace cab filter.
  • Replace bottom window.
  • Replace bumper below front cab window.
  • Repair QC spring and ensure coupler works properly.
  • Shim coupler & bucket.
  • Repair grease zert at H-Link.
  • Replace front step on RH track frame.
  • Weld cracks on btm of bucket & install strips on outer edges of bucket bottom.
  • Replace as needed bucket teeth.
  • Straighten panels under upper structure.
  • Replace engine vee belts.
  • Replace wiper arm and wiper.
  • Replace zip tie on bucket cylinder with proper clamp.
  • Replace missing swing circle grease line.
  • Check and clear active/error codes.
  • Check and repair any electrical defects i.e. lights, wiring.
  • Straighten bent carrier roller bracket.
