- This plant is a CMI model PVM 10EMS SN# 102, built in the Early 90’s and is rated at 350-450 TPH. This CMI Parallel Flow Drum plant is a portable drum mixer plant. The plant is complete MINUS MAJOR POWER CABLES.
- 8 BIN COLD FEED SYSTEM:
- (Model # PAB 432 SN# 186) (Model # PAB 432 SN# 187) There are two (2) sets of four portable 10’ X 14’ bins with bin dividers for extra capacity. The 30” feeders are 12’ long and are driven by 5 hp AC Lincoln TEFC motors. The 36” collector conveyor is 86’ long, powered by a 15 hp motor and folds up for transportation.
- PUGMILL SYSTEM:
- (Model PMS 303550 SN# 106) the virgin materials feeds onto the 4’ X 10’ single deck screen. Aggregates then feed onto a 32” wide, heavy channel frame conveyor feeds onto a Pug mill Systems twin shaft pug mill. A 30” x 50’ belt scale conveyor that includes the wind guard and gravity take up channel conveyor moves material to the drum. (No Lime Silo)
