Motor/Electrical: 1500 hp, 4000 Volts, 3 phase, 60 Hz, c/w associated switchgear - Date Last Operated: September 30, 1996 - Current Condition: Very Good, All units are disassembled and ready for new installation. - Repair Record: 5 year maintenance history available upon request - Drawings: Both civil and mechanical drawings available upon request. - Lube System: Roper oil pump with adjustable 5 - 15 gpm controls, metering system throughout circuit, all trunnion an pinion gears and bearings covered. - Liners: Shell lined with steel chromalloy liners covered with all rubber liners, trunnion feed and discharge c/w feed scoop arrangement, discharge cones lined with Skega Rubber liners, discharge/feed heads rubber lined. - Bull Gear & Pinion: No cracks found during last ND Test in 1995, complete ultra-sound testing cone on primary mill showed no cracks or wear, every tooth testedl Due to thorough maintenance program, al gears are in same excellent condition. Pinion and Bull Gears reversible so as to provide “like new condition” to new owner. The mills have not had the gears reversed. We recommend that purchaser reverses gears upon installation. - Pinion Bearings: Common SKF in excellent condition - Pillow Blocks:Excellent condition, no evidence of cracks, no lube integrity lossl - Spares Available: spare heads for ball mills, spare trunnions, (feed & discharge), some spare liners & spare bronze trunnion and motor etc.
