Description
For sale we have machinery for producing chipboard panels Panelboard OY, Metso, manufacture year 2005, capacity 300.000 m3/year.
Machine dimension (in meters): 200 x 16 x 10
The production line is installed in the the plant in
Šentjanž pri Dravogradu. The production line is in regular
operation during the visit. Depending on the quantities of
production on the line is expected major overhaul in 2016.
The conveyor belt of production line is already visibly worn out and
will require replacement, expected in 2016, according to the
maintenance plan. Electric motors, hydraulics, pneumatics
functioning normally and are maintained according to the
maintenance plan. Scada and IT control of the machine is working
normally without troubles. Cooling unit for preparing the adhesive
was during the visit defective User of the line has run the temporary
cooling system instead of damaged chiller.
The machine has no documents regarding its regular and
programmed maintenance and checks (machine maintenance book).
The machine needs a general maintenance refurbishment, replacement of conveyor in year 2016.
Machine is very solid maintained.
