It is missing a few parts, but can be restored to a fully functioning machine or just used for parts. Also comes with an additional spare Wisconsin engine that has a rod knock. Have an operational video of engine running. Identical unit can be seen on You Tube. Wisconsin 54 Engine, 53.8 HP, Unleaded, Tires approximately 30%.
