Complete automatic mode of operating of LENTA-18.
BP-2G-375s two-shaft concrete mixer is mounted on a platform. Discharge height amounts to 4 m.
The concrete mixer is fitted with a belt conveyor with chevron strap for mixture hoisting and feeding.
DC-10 batching complex is used for storage and batching of inert materials.
The supply of enlarged capacity hoppers is possible (up to 45 m3)
Inert materials are stored in hoppers. There are 2 hoppers with a capacity of 10 cub. meters each. Total capacity of hoppers amounts to 20 cub. meters.
Under the hoppers there installed a dispensing conveyor belt, which produces the precise batching of the agents delivered from the hoppers by the opening of Camozzi pneumatically operated gates (Italy).
Upon collection of the required batch of inert materials, the conveyor is turned on, and inert materials are fed into the skip that hoists the components to the concrete mixer.
