BP-2G-150s two-shaft concrete mixer is mounted on a platform. Discharge height amounts to 4 m.
The concrete mixer is equipped with a special bucket (skip) to hoist and feed the components into the concrete mixer.
DC-30 batching complex is used for storage and batching of the inert materials. The supply of enlarged capacity hoppers is possible (up to 45 m3) Inert materials are stored in hoppers. There are 2 hoppers with a capacity of 15 cub. meters each. Total capacity of hoppers amounts to 10 cub. meters.
Under the hoppers there installed a dispensing belt conveyor, which produces the precise batching of the agents delivered from the hoppers by the opening of Camozzi pneumatically operated gates (Italy). Upon collection of the required batch of inert materials, the conveyor is turned on, and inert materials are fed into the skip that hoists the components to the concrete mixer. Cement is stored in a silo or a big bag discharger.
