What distinguishes the PTH ECO Crusher from other crushing machine manufacturers?

- Comparing the rotors so the PTH Crusher ECO has installed virtually double the number of breaker tools.
The machine breaks or mills therefore much finer and quiet. Furthermore, less wear due to overlapping crushing hammers which cover the complete rotor surface.
Also, the PTH ECO Crusher has a continuous solid shaft in the rotor so that occurring vibrations will be distributed and absorbed - a rotor shaft fracture or breakage can be excluded.

- The tools are arranged overlapping in the PTH ECO Crusher. Described with other words, the tool holders are protected from each preceding tool left to 50% and the right to 50%.
It may therefore occur no direct wear on the tool holder. High wear on the rotor or damage can be avoided.

- A further advantage of PTH ECO Crushers is located in the position of the rotor and of the tool which projects below the chassis.
On firm ground the sliding plates left & right must not be pushed into the ground which a slight pull of the machine allows.

- The PTH Crusher ECO has an adjustable counterblow bar mounted because of which the grain size during stone crushing is easy to adjust.
This counterblow bar contains a massive Hardox rail which can be readjusted with emerging wear - so you always get the ideal fracture pattern to match the requirements.

- On the PTH ECO Crusher the rear push bar is hydraulically adjustable and designed for additional purposes. For example, in combination with a backup roller or packer roller it is possible to mount a sowing machine or a hydraulically adjustable grader plate to level the crushed surface.
On demand, a standard 3-point linkage (piggyback) can be installed as well.
