Description

  • There is a complete aggregate plant which consist of:
  • - two 3deck vibrating screens 6x2m with water installation, polyurethane meshes and electric motors of 30kW each
  • - one 3deck vibrating screen 5x2m with water installation, steel meshes and electric motor of 25kW
  • - one vibrating screen 6x2,40m with water installation,
  • - two secondary jaw crushers 900x200mm,
  • - Vertical Shaft Impact (VSI) crusher with capacity of 400t/h, 2 electric motors of 400kW each,
  • - 2 dewatering systems (double bucket wheel and bucket wheel with screw) of 110 and 80 t/h respectively,
  • - 3 hoppers with capacity 40m3 (2 pieces) and 60m3 (1 piece) and vibrating feeders mounted on them,
  • - 26 conveyor belts with lengths between 6m and 57m and belt widths between 500mm and 1000mm.
  • - Control room fully equipped for the plant
  • - Waterpump with capacity of 500m3/h and electric motor of 90kW
  • - Optional a transformer can be provided of 1600kW
