The asphalt emulsion sprayer (mini-sprayer) is meant for asphalt prime coatings in shallow patching, for roadside territories asphalting, as well as for filling the joints and cracks..
Hand asphalt emulsion sprayer has been specially developed for economical and quick spray of cold asphalt emulsions for sealing the asphalt coatings of small areas. This device makes it possible to cover 400sq.m. in 1 hour with the asphalt emulsion, consuming 200 liters of emulsion. Due to its small size and weight the mini-sprayer is easy to transport by both motor transport and manually while operating. For the stable operation the device is equipped with heating and washing systems.
The asphalt emulsion intake is carried out from a 200 liter barrel, which is placed on a solid frame directly to the device. To facilitate the process of the container loading, the mini-sprayer is equipped with a special reverse system for pouring the asphalt emulsion from the outer container to the barrel mounted on the device. The heating system allows to use the asphalt emulsion sprayer in the cold weather.
The term of fulfillment is 14 days from the date of prepayment. 1 year warranty.
