Description

  • The GCR & GCS 106 jaw crusher has the biggest jaw box of it's class, suited for large diameter rock, as well as improved production from the two deck pre-screen and scalper. The GCS 106, complete with apron feeder is ideal for handling damp raw material, concrete and recycling products. The apron feeder will supply a more consistent feed without the sticky product building up on the feeder as can happen with a vibrating feeder. The GCR 106/S comes with an attached 3000x1250mm product screen, allowing the grading of three products. Still light enough to transport around but offering plenty of punch and flexibility for the contractor, recycling and quarry operations. Even though the GCR & GCS 106 can crush up to a 700 mm rock, the crusher can close down to a 40 mm closed side setting, giving this crusher great flexibility to meet a large variation of sizes and product requirements that most crushers in this size can't offer. The pre-screen can divert the fines to the main conveyor belt or operate in reverse to a dedicated seven meter long fines belt.
