  • SOMMER PALLET CIRCULATION PLANTS
  • Automatic pallet circulation systems, brand SOMMER, for the production of panels of 4 tracks, year of manufacture 2008, comprising of the following:
  • - System for concrete filling on the tables, comprising 2 hoppers 2 m3, which contained concrete mixers and deposit it on the tables, with a distance of 22 m. in length and 9 m. wide.
  • - 6 u. motorized carts for traversing the tables on the tracks.
  • - 3 u. Vario oscillate compacting System.
  • - Smoothening and finishing device:
  • - 2 u. Racking installations hardening with a capacity of 30 tables each and a total storage capacity of 60 tables 13.5 m. long by 2.5 m. width.
  • - 30 u. Tables for panels 13,5 m. long by 2.5 m. width.
  • - Gantry crane – Rack operator - for the input and output tables on the shelf.
  • - Polished system of panels equipped with a bridge with polished head by radio controlled movement, measuring 35 m. in length and 9 m. width.

  • - Demoulding area: Lifting of elements/storage: with tilting stations, lifting devices and elements exit of panels.
  • - Automatic system for cleaning, marking and positioning of tables.
